ParkSafe LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website located at www.parksafetechnologies.com (the "Site") and the associated vehicle communication web application hosted at https://parksecure-80710.bubbleapps.io/version-test (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Site, purchase our QR-coded vehicle stickers, or use our anonymous routing communication platform. 

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using our Site and App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site or application. 

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device. 

  • Account & Profile Data: To register a QR-coded sticker, you must provide your full name, email address, physical mailing address, and a valid mobile phone number, and create user account credentials. 

  • Vehicle Registry Data: To link our Services to your physical vehicle asset, we collect your vehicle’s license plate number and specific vehicle registration details. This data is encrypted at rest within our secure Bubble backend database infrastructure. 

  • Transaction Data: When you purchase physical sticker packs through our Site, our third-party payment processor (Stripe) collects your billing address, shipping address, and credit card details. We do not directly store or process financial card numbers. 

  • Operational & Routing Data: When a third party scans your physical QR code to initiate a communication, our system processes the dynamic interaction via system webhooks. This includes the temporary tracking of communication timestamps and automated message logs necessary to route the notification. 

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect strictly to maintain, support, and optimize our core platform utilities. Specifically, we use your data to: 

  • Provision, verify, and secure your user account via One-Time Passwords (OTP). 

  • Facilitate the anonymous, masked SMS routing utility that allows third parties to alert you regarding your vehicle without exposing your personal phone number. 

  • Fulfill, ship, and track your physical QR sticker orders. 

  • Detect, prevent, and mitigate security threats, system abuse, or automated bot traffic. 

3. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

  • We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes. 

  • We only share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform vital backend infrastructure tasks on our behalf (such as cloud hosting, SMS routing APIs, and payment processing). These service providers are legally bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us. 

4. STRICT SMS & TELEPHONY DATA PRIVACY DISCLOSURE

  • Mobile Information and Consent: Notwithstanding any other provision in this Privacy Policy, consumer mobile numbers, short-code or long-code text messaging opt-in/opt-out data, and explicit user consent records collected through our platform registration portals will remain strictly confidential. 

  • This telephony data will never be sold, rented, shared, or leased to third-party marketers, affiliates, or external entities for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes under any circumstances. All text messaging originations are strictly transactional and utility-based, occurring solely between our approved system registry and the registered vehicle owner.

5. DATA SECURITY & ANONYMIZATION

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect the confidentiality of your personal phone number and routing history. Your real phone number and registry data are entirely masked behind an infrastructure proxy layer and encrypted inside our Bubble database, ensuring that members of the public who scan your vehicle’s QR code can never view, access, or deduce your identity. 

6. YOUR CHOICES AND OPT-OUT RIGHTS

  • Account Deactivation & Erasure: You may deactivate your account and completely erase your phone number, name, email, address, and vehicle registration records from our system at any time by utilizing the "Delete Account" button within your profile dashboard. 

  • SMS Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving automated platform notifications at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message received from our system. Once received, our system will automatically cease routing alerts to that number until re-authorized via your profile.
